The moneyed parents of a former Wall Street banker accused of butchering his millionaire ex-girlfriend in Nantucket, Mass., has brought in a pricey trial consultant to help handpick jurors.
Marshall Hennington helped the defense cull the 12 jurors from a jury pool.
They will decide the fate of Thomas Toolan III, the 39-year-old Brahmin-bred Brooklynite charged with stabbing Beth Lochtefeld to death in October 2004.
